Discussion of Multiple Tools

There's another discussion of multiple tools on the configuration management list. As usual, it just feels like another fight between the different tool developers, which is silly, but hopefully it will at least get enough data out there that we don't have to do this all again real soon.
The discussion was just another proof for me that kinial is a bigger and bigger priority and should be treated as a separate tool. I now see determining class membership as a completely separate process from specifying what those classes mean, and I see so many more opportunities to reuse that information.
